What is your primary product or service?
Catering for all types of events. Pig Roasts, Clam Bakes, Picnics, Funeral Luncheon, Company Luncheons, Picnics, Weddings, Reunions, Golf Outings
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up in this business and have been involved in foodservice for over 45 years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our mobile kitchens will come out to your site and cook as much as possible at your event. Not made in a kitchen hours before and served from hot boxs at the event.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and after expanding often over the last 15 years, we have no plans for expansion at this time.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks.
Which areas do you service?
All of North Eastern Pennsylvania
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our Company is owned and operated by the Bechtel family for over 35 years.
What are your hours of operation?
Our tavern is open Tuesday- Friday 11am-10pm, Saturday 12-10pm, Sundat 4-10pm. Our catering company operates 7 days a week.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
They love our food and service and would not consider hiring someone else.
